AWANA Club 2017-18 Registration Form
Club Begins: September 8, 2017 – Ends: June 1, 2018
- Time: 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (every Friday night)
- Age: 3~12 years old (preschool – 6th grade)
- Registration fee: $35.00 per child, Due: $1.00 each meeting
- Each child pays for his/her own Awana uniform and handbooks
- We will need parents’ help in AWANA meeting as helper; parents will be asked to sign up for one month during a club year.
